Hi there, my name is Joe Marseglia and I am a licensed, bonded and insured general contractor. I have been in the building/construction world for most of my life. What inspired me to start Desert State Renovations in 2020, was my architectural and project management background, the support of my wife and a push from my dear late friend. I have not looked back since!
We have had the privilege to work with dedicated and hard working sub contractors who are experts in their trades, brilliant designers and amazing customers with beautiful visions. I take pride in my honest communication with clients and the knowledge and dedication I provide to get the job done right! I have had the opportunity to build everything from brand new custom homes to one room renovations, detached garages, home additions, covered porches & pergolas. Taking on a home renovation project can be overwhelming. From designing your project to plans and permits I will be there to walk you through every step of the way.
